Inhibition of activation of the p38 pathway inhibits BPIV3 replication. The MDBK cells were treated with SB202190 at 1.25, 5, and 10 μM concentrations. After 1 h, BPIV3-infected cells were inoculated with MOI = 1. The cell samples were collected at 24 h after infection, and the following tests were performed. (A and B) SB202190 impact on p38MAPK phosphorylation.
