Phylogenetic Analysis of complete genome sequences of DENV-2 Pakistan. Evolutionary relationships of taxas represented in the form of phylogenetic tree computed by Maximum Likelihood Method using full-length genome sequences of 59 DENV-2 strains and DENV-1, 3 and 4 strains. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) are shown next to the branches. Pakistan strains sequenced in this study are marked with green dots. Genotypes I, II, III, IV and V of DENV-2 are also indicated. Sublineages of cosmopolitan genotype, IVa and IVb are indicated. Pakistani clade is highlighted with large green bar. And KF041236 strain is also marked with small green bar
