The susceptibility of Huh7.5.1 cells to HCV after transfection with plasmid pEGFP-core or pEGFP. Huh7.5.1 cells were transfected with 0.5 μg, 1 μg and 2 μg of the plasmid pEGFP-core or pEGFP for 48 h, and then infected with 1 × 10⁷ IU/ml HCV particles for 72 h. Relative level of HCV RNA was quantified by real-time PCR, using 72 h post-infection as control group.
