SAMHD1 restriction of H5N1 replication was associated with phosphorylation at T592. Stable A549 cell lines generated by transfecting PLVX-SAMHD1-FLAG, PLVX-SAMHD1-T592A-FLAG or PLVX-SAMHD1-T592D-FLAG plasmids were infected with H5N1 at an MOI of 0.1, and the cells were harvested at the indicated time points. Immunoblotting analysis of NP and SAMHD1-Flag in cells was performed with GAPDH as a loading control
