Cytokine expression of PBMCs after stimulation with recombinant HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 proteins for 24 h. Cytokine profiles in the supernatants of PBMCs after stimulation with the recombinant HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 proteins at a 10 µg/mL dose for 24 h. PBMCs with MBP-His6 stimulation were used as the control. The recombinant proteins of MBP-His6 and HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 were abbreviated as Con, 11 E6, 11 E7, 16 E6, and 16 E7 in the figures. The data of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, and IL-17 A were not shown due to the detection limitation.
