(A) Dose dependent antiviral effect of all effective drug combinations on CHIKV titre. Highest non-toxic concentrations of 2FA + EM, 2FA + EN, 2FA + M combinations showed a 2 log virus reduction and at half the highest non-toxic concentration, 1 log virus reduction was observed compared to VC.
