From: Cross-reactive immune responses to monkeypox virus induced by MVA vaccination in mice
MVA-induced cellular immune responses stimulated by MPXV PAs. BALB/c mice (n = 5) were immunized twice with different MVA concentrations. On day 70 postimmunization, the cellular immune responses to different PAs induced by MVA were detected by multi-analyte flow assay, (A) A29, (B) I1, (C) B6, (D) M1, (E) H3, and (F) A35. Comparing the levels of various cytokines among MVA and PBS groups, the asterisk * indicates a significant difference (P < 0.05) detected by one-way ANOVA.
