Analysis of hit compounds after 72 h of incubation. A–F The ability of the selected compounds to increase syncytia formation was tested with the BiMuC assay in Hek293T cells. Briefly, Hek293T cells were transfected with Jun plus SARS-CoV 2 S proteins and independently with Fos and human ACE2. After 24 h, samples were combined and treated with the appropriate compound at the indicated concentration or mock-treated for 72 h.
