ARIH1 up-regulated the expression of RIG-I by interacting with SQSTM1. A ARIH1 was overexpressed or silenced in HEK293T cells, and the expression of endogenous RIG-I was detected by Western blot assay after stimulation with SeV. B HEK293T cells were co-transfected with pFlag-ARIH1 and HA-tag SQSTM1 plasmid (pHA-SQSTM1), and immunoprecipitation assay was performed using Flag tag or HA tag antibody to analyze their interaction. C HEK293T cells were co-transfected with pHA-SQSTM1 and pFlag-ARIH1 or the corresponding empty vectors and then stimulated with SeV after 24 h.
