BA.1 gives a positive result in A67V + 69/70del, while BA.4/5 gives a positive result in 69/70del, as expected. The mutation C21772T in the BA.1 subvariant leads to the removal of the melting peak and a pattern similar to the BA.2 subvariant. The algorithm interprets the result of the BA.1 + C21772T samples as negative for both A67V-69/70del and 69/70del
