Immunohistochemical detection of IL-24 in tumor tissue of immunized mice. The tumor tissues were collected from mice sacrificed one week after the last immunization with DNA vaccine and expression of the IL-24 protein was determined by IHC (magnification: × 200). Stained areas of IL-24 expression were quantified using Image J software. The graph shows the average percentage (%) of the stained area in the tumor tissue section in different *groups. The results were recorded as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. ***P < 0.001; *P < 0.05
