Amplification and melting curve of RRCMC assay. A Rotavirus C, astrovirus, rotavirus B, and norovirus GI were detected by FAM channel, and each virus was confirmed by temperature position of melting curve (Blue melting curve is the negative control and black melting curve is the sample).
