Test results of the first six clinical samples. In one chip, LAMP reaction was performed between 6 HPV type primers and clinical sample DNA. When one or more positive reactions (sky blue) appear in the first 6 wells and the two NC wells were negative (violet), it means that the corresponding HPV type infection was detected in this clinical sample. S1–6 indicates the first 6 samples tested, and each sample tested the HPV type in group 1 and group 2 of low-risk HPV. Positive wells in the two chips of each sample indicate detection of the corresponding HPV type
