Reverse transcription kinetics of CA mutant viruses in CHME3-TC cells. Completion of reverse transcription was examined using a nevirapine addition assay. For each virus, infectivity at each timepoint was normalized to the DMSO carrier control. A statistically significant difference in reverse transcription compared to the HIV-GFP control was not found at any timepoint. Shown is the average of three independent experiments.
