Effect of reverse transcription on uncoating in CHME3-TC and C20-TC cells. The effect of reverse transcription on the process of uncoating in CHME3-TC and C20-TC cells was determined using a 2 h treatment of nevirapine (NVP) in the CsA washout assay. Treatment with NVP delayed the process of uncoating and increased the average half-life of uncoating to 137.9 min in CHME3-TC cells and 136.4 min in C20-TC cells. Shown is a representative experiment from four independent experiments. Errors bars denote standard error among triplicate wells
