Changes in MoDC migration. PIECs were seeded into 5.0-μm Transwell (24-well) chambers and cultured for 12 h After cell fusion, fluorescently labeled MoDCs were added to the upper chamber. Transmigration in the lower chamber (supplemented with MCP-1) was stopped after 8 h. A multifunctional microplate reader was used to detect the average cell fluorescence intensity. * indicates P < 0.05.
