The abundance of the virome was correlated with the bacterial composition. If the sample point is in the direction of the arrow, there is a positive interaction between the environmental factor and the sample distribution, and if the sample point is in the opposite direction as the arrow, there is a negative interaction between the environmental factor and the sample distribution. The length of each arrows represents the degree of impact. (c, d) Linear regression analysis between bacteriophage abundance and both ACE and Shannon diversity index. We found positive correlations in both cases (p < 0.05)
