TIP60 impaired the polymerase activity and inhibited the replication and the transcription of IAV. A549 cells were transfected with empty plasmid pcDNA3.0-HA (Vector) or pcDNA3.0-HA-TIP60 (TIP60), respectively, and then infected with influenza A virus (MOI = 1).
