From: Histone acetyl transferase TIP60 inhibits the replication of influenza a virus by activation the TBK1-IRF3 pathway

Fig. 3

TIP60 impaired the polymerase activity and inhibited the replication and the transcription of IAV. A549 cells were transfected with empty plasmid pcDNA3.0-HA (Vector) or pcDNA3.0-HA-TIP60 (TIP60), respectively, and then infected with influenza A virus (MOI = 1). At 12 h p.i., total cellular RNA was isolated and NP mRNA (a), vRNA (b) and cRNA (c) levels were estimated through qRT PCR. Data are mean ± SD of three independent experiments. Two-way ANOVA test; *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01. d 293 T cells were transfected with plasmids of PB2, PB1, PA and NP, together with TIP60 plasmid or control plasmid pcDNA3.0-HA. Luciferase assays were performed at 36 h after transfection. The data were normalized relative to the values detected in the cells transfected with pcDNA3.0-HA. Data are shown as mean ± SD (n = 3)
