Oncolytic effect of CV-B3/2035A on ex vivo patient-derived endometrioid adenocarcinoma samples. Five endometrioid adenocarcinoma samples (EC; Case 1–5) and two normal endometrium samples (Case 6–7) were divided into 1-mm3 pieces and treated with CV-B3/2035A (1 × 106 TCID50) or left untreated (n = 4 per group).
