For 5637, EJ, and T24 cells, the mRNA level express of CAR were no different between untransfected cells and transfected with negative control siRNA (NC-siRNA) cells, but there were statistically significant difference between untransfected cells and transfected with silencing CAR siRNA (CAR-siRNA) cells (**p < 0.01)
