Method Comparison: Abbott vs Roche. The figure shows results quantifiable in both the Abbott and Roche assays in log IU/mL for 611 HCV positive clinical specimens. Linear regression analysis yielded a slope of 0.99 (95% CI: 0.98 to1.01), intercept of −0.25 (95% CI: −0.32 to −0.19), and R2 of 0.97
