Expression of miR-124 and DNM2 in PK15 cells during JEV infection. a PK15 cells were infected with JEV. Mock-infected (M) or virus-infected (V) cells were harvested at the indicated times, and the miR-124 and DNM2 RNA levels were quantified using qRT-PCR.
