The mRNA level of chNHE1 and measurement of intracellular pH (pHi) in DF-1 cells at different time-points post infection. a DF-1 cells were infected by ALV-J with 103 TCID50. The relative mRNA of ALV-J and chNHE1 were monitored by real-time RT-PCR at different times post infection. The results are representative of three independent experiments, and performed in triplicate. *P < 0.05 denotes a statistically significant difference comparing with control group.
