Phylogenetic tree of the A32L gene nucleotide sequence (825 nt) of Ethiopian isolates orf virus isolates. Eighteen Ethiopian orf virus isolates and ten foreign orf viruses were compared. Additionally, the homologue gene sequence of BPSV (AY386265) and PCPV (GQ329670) were used as out-groups. The numbers displayed on the branches represent the posterior probabilities.
