Humoral immune responses of JEV in immunized mice. Serum samples were collected at weekly intervals after immunization to detect the presence of the JEV-specific antibodies by indirect ELISA. JEV-specific antibodies were found in serum samples at different times. Data represent the mean ± SEM. Different letters indicate a statistically significant difference between the different experimental groups (P < 0.05).
