  1. HPV genotypes in blue are those not recognized by Linear Array (LA). HPV genotypes in black were found by Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and LA. HPV genotypes with asterisk are those included in the LA test, but were only recognized by NGS. WCL (Without cervical lesion), CIN I (Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I), CC (Cervical cancer), (−) HPV-negative with LA, (+) HPV-positive with LA, SI (Single infection), and MI (Multiple infection)
