Western blot analyses of BYDV GAV infection using monoclonal antibodies. BYDV GAV-, BYDV GPV- or BYDV PAV-infected wheat leaf extracts (GAV, GPV and PAV) were used in this assay. Wheat leaf extract from a healthy plant (CK-) was used as a negative control. Dilutions of the three monoclonal antibodies were 1:5,000. Goat anti-mouse IgG/AP conjugate was used as the second antibody for the assay. M, a protein marker. The size of the protein bands are indicated on the right side of the panel
