Identification of minimal linear epitopes recognized by NS3-reactive mAbs. a. NS3-reactive mAbs were screened by indirect ELISA against a panel of 29 overlapping peptides derived from the BTV15 NS3 amino acid sequence. The mAb used is listed in the upper left hand corner of each bar graph. A BTV15 VP2-reactive antibody was used as a negative control. The error bars display the standard deviation of three experimental repeats. b. mAbs were screened against a series of progressively truncated peptides based on the results of the initial screen shown in panel a. mAbs used are labeled on the top left corner of each bar graph.
