Bar graph of relative IC50 values (after normalizing to the pre-D/R control, based on the data in Table 2) for a panel of mAbs against post-D/R VLPs (solid bars) as compared to pre-D/R VLPs (hashed bars). A larger value indicates higher antigenicity based on the half-maximal binding titers-initially derived in ng/mL for L1 concentration in VLP preparations.
