Neutralization of IL-22 increased the productions of IL-17, TNF-α and IL-6, decreased the level of IFN-γ, promoted cardiac viral replication on day 14 post infection. Relative cardiac expressions of IL-17, TNF-α, IL-6, IFN-γ and IL-1β were investigated by RT-PCR, and the levels of their circulating protein were measured by ELISA in Anti-IL-22 Ab, IgG control and PBS groups.
