Heparin inhibition of sHA 102 -mediated KOS/tk12 entry. Virus and heparin (25 μg/ml) were pre incubated for 30 min at 4°C, CHO-K1 cells were added, and the incubation was continued for another 30 min prior to the addition of sHA102 (500 nM), infection as in previous figures, and ONPG assay. Values are averages of triplicate determinations.
