Data are expressed as reciprocal of endpoint dilution titer based on limiting dilution ELISA assay as described in the text. Mean +/- SD is shown for each time point. IgG responses trended higher in non-pregnant compared to pregnant animals but no statistically significant differences were noted. Within both groups, sc inoculation elicited a higher IgG titer at week 8 post-inoculation (p < 0.01) and week 12 post-inoculation (p < 0.001) by ANOVA.
