At 20 h post-transfection the protein samples were analyzed by Western blotting analysis with the anti-Bax 2D2 antibody. Transfected adherent cells were collected separately from transfected floating cells (c = cytosolic fraction, m = heavy membrane fraction, u = untransfected cells, a = transfected adherent cells, f = transfected floating cells).
