Multiple linear B-cell epitopes of classical swine fever virus glycoprotein E2 expressed in E.coli as multiple epitope vaccine induces a protective immune response

Twenty-five pigs were assigned randomly to five groups. Each group was immunized by intramuscular (i.m.) injection at the midpoint of the left thigh muscle. rE2-a, rE2-b, rE2-ba, HCLV and PBS were administrated to groups A, B, C, D and E, respectively.
