Flow cytometry of IFNAR1 expression in IFN-α resistant Huh-7 cells. Flow cytomeric analysis demonstrating expression of full-length mature IFNAR1 between the sensitive Huh-7 line (S-5/15) and nine different alpha resistant Huh-7 cell lines using a rabbit monoclonal antibody targeting to the C-terminus of human IFNAR1 at a dilution of 1:50. The secondary antibody used is anti rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 488 at a dilution of 1:1000 (Invitrogen, Oregon, USA). The % of positive cells was shown for each cell line.
