HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated SSOs at final concentrations of 0, 10, 20, 40, 100 or 200 nM 24 h prior to transfection with E3 vector. Luciferase activity (in relative luciferase units) produced by the vector at 24 h post-transfection is represented on the vertical axis.
