Detection of the expression of NS3 by western blot analysis. The lysates from JEV-infected cells or mouse brains were immunoblotted with the anti-NS3 antibody and re-probed with anti-β-actin antibody (AC-15, Sigma). (A) Neuro-2a cells were infected with the SH-JEV01 strain of JEV at MOI 5 and analyzed 12 h post-infection (hpi). Mock-infected cells (Mock) were used as controls. (B) Brain homogenates from mice infected with the SH-JEV01 strain of JEV (1.0 × 10⁶ PFU) were analyzed by western blot. Brain homogenates from the mock-infected mice (Mock) were used as controls.
