Chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells were infected with rFPV-LaSHN (A), rFPV-JS6HN (B), or wild-type parental FPV (C) at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01. Sixty hours post-infection, IFA was performed using polyclonal anti-NDV chicken serum and FITC-conjugated rabbit anti-chicken IgG as primary and secondary antibody, respectively.
