Expression of IFN- β gene in cells infected with seasonal and pandemic H1N1 viruses. The RNA isolated at different time points post infection (4, 8, 16 and 24 hpi) from both the virus infected cells was used to study gene expression using real-time PCR. The expression values are relative expressions compared to controls. Expression of β-actin gene was used as internal control. Error bars indicate mean+/- Standard deviation for 3 replicates. A.
