  1. Note: Total RNA isolated from yeast cells were digested with DNase I and converted into cDNAs by reverse transcription. The standard curve was generated by serially diluted pEGFPN1-HPV58-Ura. The levels of the viral gene transcripts examined in per microgram total RNA were analyzed by qRT-PCR.
