Replication of BTV-1 in HeLa cells in the presence of a NF-κB inhibitor. BTV growth in the presences of 32 μM NF-κB inhibitor (□) and mock treated (◆) HeLa cells at different times p.i was determined by TCID50/ml using Muench and Reed method. Representative data from two independent assays undertaken in triplicate is presented.
