Panel A shows the Fba I digest of the PCR amplification fragments and restriction fragments are evident at 1165 and 602 bp for the strains in one cluster of genotype PCV2b, the DNA of other strains remains undigested. Panel B shows the Acc I digest of the PCR amplification fragments and restriction fragments are evident at 1257 and 511 bp (PCV2a); 1532 and 235 bp (PCV2d); and 1021 511 and 235 bp (the other clusters in genotype PCV2b, except the JMS strain).
