A: Absolute quantitation of genome equivalents in cells infected with DENV and expressing hRzs. Viral RNA samples were obtained from total cell RNA extraction at 7 dpi. ANOVA test was performed using GraphPad Prism 3.0 software. Asterisk indicate no significant differences relative to the Infected control (Dunnett's, p < 0.01). Plot is based on the average titer from 4 independent experiments. Rz # 1–14: 14 different infected hRz cells; No Rz: infected C6/36 cells transduced with the lentivirus vector lacking a hRz insert.
