Numbers indicate nucleotide positions relative to strain AF009606. Maximum likelihood phylogenetic trees obtained using partial alignment before and after the recombination break-point are shown behind the scheme. Strains previously described are shown by their accession number and their genotype is indicated between parenthesis (see also Table 1). Strain H23 is shown by name and indicated by an arrow.
