B The cytotoxicity of Ac-EP-shRNA452 (square) and Ac-shRNA452 (circle) represented as the percentage reduction of viable Huh-7 cells. A cytotoxicity assay was performed using a BrdU Cell Proliferation ELISA kit according to the manufacturer's instructions (Roche Diagnostics GmbH). The toxicity results are representative of three independent experiments.
