Untreated SV40 minichromosomes or SV40 minichromosomes treated with 250 μM NaBu or 120 nM TSA were isolated from cells infected with 776 wild-type virus for 48 hours. Purified SV40 minichromosomes were immunoprecipitated with 10 μl antibody to RNA polymerase II using the ISF technique and PCR amplified using primer sets to the early, late and promoter regions. Data in the table is represented as Mean ± S.E (n = 5 for treated samples and n = 3 for untreated control samples).
