Light gray represents the presence of genotypes I, horizontal lines represent the presence of genotype III, dark gray represents the co-circulation of the genotypes I and III; and crossed lines represent DENV-3 occurrence without genotype determination in the present study. The co-circulation of both genotypes is registered in three states of Colombia (La Guajira, Guaviare and Huila).
