The white bars represent HBpreSAg negative patients and the black bars represent HBpreSAg positive patients. Correlation of HBpreSAg levels with HBsAg levels in serum of HBV patients were indicated in (B) for HBeAg-negative patients and (D) for HBeAg-positive patients. The X axis indicates the serum HBsAg content and the Y axis is the absorbance of the HBpreSAg ELISA test at 450 nm after background correction.
