Treatment of A549 tumor-bearing nude mice with recombinant viruses. Female athymic mice bearing A549 cell tumors were treated with the parental D90, rNDV-D90 or rNDV-GFP (107 TCID50/mouse) by intratumoral injections. PBS-treated mice were taken as controls.
