  1. Epitope specific IgG antibody titers of sera in two weeks after the last boost were assayed by ELISA, using corresponding unconjugated synthetic peptide as the capture antigen. Data represents the geometric mean titer of individual serum sample (n = 10) harvested from the immunized mice.
